AG ENERGY ALLIANCE STATEMENT ON ALJ LINE 3 REPLACEMENT RULING

ALJ Ruling Would Come at Significant Cost to Farmers and Consumers

St. Paul – Today, the Ag Energy Alliance released the following initial statement regarding today’s ALJ Line 3 Replacement Ruling.

“While we are pleased that the ALJ found a need to replace Line 3, the interruption of service from an in-trench Replacement is likely to come at a significant cost to farmers and other customers of our membership” said Lance Klatt, Executive Director of the Minnesota Service Station and Convenience Store Association, a member of the Ag Energy Alliance.
